Nicole Ramirez shares her experience switching to a career in real estate.

Nicole Ramirez is a newer agent on our team, and she's about to reach her one-year anniversary. Today she’ll share her experiences from this past year and tell us why she chose to get into real estate. Here’s what she had to say:

“The main reason I got into real estate was that I knew that I could be a better boss to myself than someone else could be to me. I also know my strengths. I'm good at providing exceptional service to clients and coworkers. Those things go hand-in-hand with being a great Realtor, but I needed guidance on how to manage my real estate career. I was able to meet with my Realtor, Stephanie Pitts, who helped me purchase my first home. She changed the trajectory of my life. She told me about her career path, how she worked on a team, and the resources and support they provided. I had no idea real estate teams existed. That’s when I knew I wanted to join a team.

“Joining a team laid out a roadmap to success. It created so many opportunities so quickly that a single agent may otherwise take several months to find. Best of all, I had teammates to help me. We have over 50 years of experience on the team. That helped me get up to speed and manage a lot of the different scenarios. With all that being said, real estate is not for the faint of heart. It certainly is not easy, but it is the most rewarding thing I've ever done.”
