If you’re worried about being temporarily homeless after you sell, don’t be.

In today’s market, homes are selling rapidly—they’re typically getting multiple offers within days, if not hours. However, this has some potential sellers concerned that they have nowhere to move to. Inventory is so tight that they don’t see anything out there, and they don’t want to end up temporarily homeless.

”We do a lot of prospecting, so we have a big database of people who’re looking to sell but aren’t actively on the market.”

The good news is, we have solutions for you if you’re in the same situation. First, we’ll go through the normal home selling process (getting the paperwork signed, making a marketing plan, etc.) and have your home ready to list so that when we do find the right property, we can get your current home on the market right away. We then have several programs you can take advantage of, such as the Knock program, which removes your home sale contingency (if you have one) so it doesn’t hinder the offer you make on your next home.

Essentially, we want to wait until we get you under contract on your new home. That home could come from the MLS, but we also have access to ones that aren’t on the market. We know other people who are in your situation: They have a home they want to sell, but they don’t know where to go next. We can line up this type of transaction. Additionally, we know sellers whose listings have expired over the years and they don’t want to bring them back to the market. On top of that, we have access to FSBO (for sale by owner) homes. We do a lot of prospecting, so we have a big database of people who’re looking to sell but aren’t actively on the market.

If you’d like to take advantage of this offer or have any other real estate needs, feel free to call or email us anytime. We’d love to help you.
