Here are three things to think about before moving to Central Florida.

One of the questions we’ve been hearing lately with so many people moving here from out of the area is, “What are some things we should consider when moving to Central Florida?” There are a ton of them, but here are the three most important:

1. Location. What’s the driving point moving you here? Do you have a new office? Are you wanting to be closer to parks or the beach? Orlando is very spread out and traffic can be a problem.

2. Schools. There is a big disparity between high schools here. We want to make sure you’re in a good school district, even if you don’t have kids, because it still positively affects your home’s value.

3. Lifestyle. What do you enjoy doing? Do you want to be close to downtown and the arts district? Closer to the beach? Closer to Disneyworld?
